Our goal is to Show & produce Staffy's, upholding the AKC standard from conformation to that "oh so sweet" personality we have always loved.



First & formost our dogs are family members & are raised inside with our children and our cats in the Great Smoky Mountians of Western North Carolina. Our dogs are never chained or unsuppervised outside. They have excellent personalities and are well loved.



We only have puppies ocasionally after carefull consideration & planning with quality of conformation,personality & temperment in mind.

Both Sire & Dam are clear for L2-HGA & HC  & I have the paper work. Making puppies clear by birth.

  Remember when you choose to get a stafford it will be with you for the next 12-15 years and sometimes beyond. We try our best to always place our puppies in their forever homes where they will daily love and lick you to pieces :o).

Once a deposit is placed I will remove the puppy picture featured on this page.

   Ashstaff Pet Contract

I~the buyer~ am agreeing to the terms outlined in this contract for the sale of an Ashstaff Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppy.

I ~the buyer~ will need to send a $500.00 deposit ( $250.00 non refundable) to secure my puppy.Balance due before transfer of ownership/shipment.

We ~the seller~ do not guarantee a show quality puppy will turn out perfect.Only that the puppy has excellent bloodlines and could become a champion. (We don't own a crystal ball) No breeder in the world can predict a perfect puppy by 8-12 weeks of age. By selective breeding's matching up qualities that we believe will improve the breed, we hope to bring to you what you are looking for to add to your family.

My puppy will have been given it's first shot and be on a worming program. My puppy has been given a health check by the sellers vet and is healthy .This pup is guaranteed for 12 months against fatal and life changing congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the puppy. If life threatening defects are determined I may return puppy along with 2 separate, non associated Vets findings and be given a replacement puppy ~same sex/quality~when one becomes available. If puppies dies a necropsy must be preformed and congenital defects found to be the cause for replacement to be valid. No refunds will be given.

I ~the buyer~ understand that the Ashlock's reserve the right to give my puppy his/her registered name. However I can give it whatever call name I choose.The Ashlock's will work with me to incorporate my kennel name as well.

I ~the buyer~ understand that I am getting a pet puppy and in doing so agree to limited registration of the puppy. This means that I will not be able to register any puppies out of my Ashstaff dog & need to have my pet spayed or neutered. If however I find that my dog has all the qualifications of becoming a show dog(& has not yet been fixed), and this is something I want to pursue, the Ashlock's can remove the limited registration & I will need to agree with the Show puppy contract.With limited registration I can still show my puppy in all AKC events except conformation which is for promoting the pure bred dog & passing on his/her exceptional qualities.

1. If for any reason I ~the buyer~ must give up my dog it must come back to the Ashlock's to be kept by them or be placed into another approved home, unless other arrangements are made and approved of, in writing with the Ashlock's.We will gladly work with you to place your puppy with your family or friends as we only want the best for the puppies we have produced. I understand I will not be reimbursed for the dog & will need to arrange for transportation to the Ashlock's.

2. I ~the buyer~ will keep in contact with the Ashlock's to the best of my ability and send pictures at least once a year.

3. Last but not least I ~the buyer~ will do my best to care for my puppy, give the puppy a good environment and keep all vaccines up to date including Rabies.

Here is the difference between a limited registration and a full registration. Limited means you can not register any puppies out of the dog/bitch, and they can not be shown in the confirmation ring( this is for promoting the pure bred dog and passing on purebred qualities). However with limited registration you can still participate in all other AKC events such as agility,obedience etc. .



They will of course have had their first shot and be on a worming program as a precaution.
