Superior German Shepherd Dogs bred for conformation, temperment, and family companionship. West German lines. I participate in the sport of schutzhund with my dogs and believe this gives an accurate picture of the dogs temperment, working ability, and stable nature. This is a working breed and strive to keep that ability in the dogs I produce. Also the conformation is very sound no extreme sloping toplines or the floppy hock you see today in some show lines. I only have a few litters a year, which are raised in the house. All the pups are socialized with "the pack" as well as handled by my 2 kids. I start traveling with the pups around 6 weeks of age. By the time the pups leave they are well adapted to riding in the car, meeting new people, playing with other dogs, and exploring unfamiliar places. This is crucial part of their development which shouldn't be ignored. Puppies are allowed access to "doggie door " which they follow mom out to fenced area outside to learn to potty. This has been wonderful for famlies adopting on of our puppies! House breaking is much easier! All pups come with a hip/health guarantee, dewormed, vaccinated, and started on heartworm prevention. Puppies are also permanently identified in the form of tattoo and microchip. Both parents always have hip/elbow radiographs, and DNA done. We have also test for Degenerative Myelopathy. I am a licensed veterinary technician and also retired vice president of the schutzhund club of buffalo. I stand by my dogs 100%. I will take back my pup at anytime is his or her life and I am also available for training or veterinary advice when needed. I will try to help with any questions that you may have and if I don't have an answer for you I will certainly try to help you find someone who can help.
