All pups will be AKC registered and AKC Reunite microchipped. Parents on premises. We are an AKC only facility. We find each pup born is unique in its own right. West Highlands have been part of our family for over 30 years. All pups are family and pet friendly, with calm tempers, healthy and loveable. Our puppy house is air conditioned and heated, so our 'cahumans' are treated with utmost conditioning.
From time to time, we have young retiring breeders. They are spay/neutered before leaving us. AKC Lilli is now ready to retire. DOB 9/15/20, not quite 4 years old. Very sweet and VERY smart. She will make someone a great companion. If interested, please call 214-578-1453.

All pups have:
- Shots and wormed to age appropriate
- Dew Claws removed
- Parents on Premises, some grandparents on premisesd
- All pups are at least 8 weeks old before leaving for their "forever" homes.

As of 04/08/24, we have puppies available. AKC Sassi and AKC Kash had litter. There are 2 males available.
Pictures are taken, emailed or texted weekly until they get active. Once active, more are taken. Videos are taken once moving around and playing.
We send an "ARRIVALS" email upon delivery, with how many and what genders. If you want to be on the ARRIVALS list, please email us. After delivery, we start taking non-refundable deposits.
We do have some adults available. Please call for info. We "pet" our breeders out to good 'forever' homes at a younger age than most breeders, as we want them and you to have a good long pet life.
We welcome visitors to come and meet our cahuman family. Just call first.
Texas Dept of Licensing and Regulation #322. We are AKC and Texas state inspected.
Shipping available at extra cost and only non-stop. We DO NOT ship in heat...May 15-Sept 15 or longer. We prefer you to come meet parents and to let the pups pick you.
