I am a home breeder of healthy, happy, and socialized, AKC and CKC registered Yorkshire Terriers.  My Yorkies have cute baby doll faces, nice coats, and some are from champion bloodlines.   Moms and Dad are in my home.

I offer a 1 year guarantee against life-threatening congenital defects.  All puppies come with a vet check, first puppy shots, wormed, food, toy, and an AKC or CKC registration application.  They also come with puppy instructions and literature on how to care of your new pup. I am always available if you have any questions after you adopt a puppy

My puppies go to good forever homes only. All puppies are placed with limited registration (no breeding rights). We don't sell our puppies to breeders or puppy mills.

If you've recently lost your loving pet, it takes time to mourn.  Please be sure you are ready for a new family member and also check with everyone in your household too.  The new puppy will not replace the one you lost but will fill the void in your heart. 

Attn: Allergy Sufferers:

Even though Yorkies are hypoallergenic you can still be allergic their dander and saliva.   It's too traumatic for a puppy to be returned because you are allergic to him/her.  I don't place my puppies in homes with allergy sufferers. Thanks

**We go by the Yorkie Growth Chart and parents to determine approximate weight.  They may be smaller or have a growth spurt.  We do not quarantee their weight when they reach adulthood.
