The main focus of our breeding program is producing the "typiest" yet healthiest, sweetest puppies possible. We thoroughly screen our breeding animals prior to breeding them. We have numerous OFA clearances on our adults. We are a very small family owned kennel. We only have pups occassionally available. All puppies are well�socialized before leaving us.They are born and raised in our home. We do ship within the continental U.S.A. at the buyer's expense when necessary. We do like it best though when puppies are picked up in person. We like to meet our babies new family!.

Please make sure that a newfie is the right breed for you. Remember the 3 "rights"...right breed at the right time in your life, from the right breeder....Do your research on this breed. They do all drool and shed. Some drool more than others, but all drool some. They are wonderful, gentle, loving dogs....but they do take some training to get them to the point you will want them to be. Loving discipline from day one is a must as they grow so rapidly and are so smart! If you let them on the bed or couch now, they will still be there 100+ pounds from now.

We offer a one year guarantee against crippling hip dysplasia and sub aortic stenosis (SAS) which are the two most likely breed related health issues they are likely to have if they develope health problems. We also provide a life time of support for our puppy parents. We like to hear how they are doing and see an occassional picture. We have had newfoundlands since 1991, and they are the only breed we have ever bred. We are blessed with some beautiful dogs with wonderful pedigrees. We have John and Elaine Cornell's wonderful Longship dogs to thank for this!! They are beautiful, have that sweet, sweet newfie temperament, and the health clearances as well. A combination very hard to find in the newfoundland breed!
