We currently have a healthy litter on the ground, born 3/14/23, 3 girls and 1 boy.   We are now scheduling appointments for prospective buyers to come to Fort Lauderdale to meet our Cairn stock, see our home and see how our dogs are raised, as we are planning a breeding in the summer of 2024. 

   ***Our Cairns are bred for health, breed standard, disposition, socialization & temperament.  All dogs are of champion bloodlines and just exceptional Cairns in looks and attitude. 

We are so PROUD to show off our Cairn Champions. GCH Critterkin Caper's Classic Cruzer, "Cruzer", won Best of Breed Owner-Handled for 2015 at the Prestigious AKC Eukanuba National Championship in Orlando, Florida. He also went on to win a Veteran Group 4 Placement that same weekend at Eukanuba, as a 10 yr. old Veteran, the oldest dog of the top four group placements. What vaidation to have the judges acknowledge Cruzer's true quality and representation of the Cairn Terrrier Breed Standard.  What an AWESOME weekend for both this DOG and me as his owner handler. As I always say, "It only proves that age is just a number, and a good dog, is a good dog for life!"  Also, his daughter, Critterkin's Revenge Renaissance, "Reni" is a Finished Champion!!!  She  earned "Winner's Bitch", & "Best Opposite Sex", at the Georgia Classic in Atlanta, finishing with a 5 Point Major. We are currently showing 3 of Cruzer's grandchildren.   Bravo and Bandit, "The Blonde Bookends" are taking the circuit by storm.  Critterkin's Standing Ovation of Connacht, Bravo earned her Championship with a Best of Breed & Best of Winners for a 4 Point Major in Jan 2023.   Her brother, the 3rd grandchild, GCH Connacht Critterkin To The Moon, "Gleason", a "Gordo" son, has recently finished his Grand Championship,  in Feb. 2023.  

         I have over 50 years of Cairn Terrier ownership experience, and own adult Cairns from the foundation stock of the  Minnesota kennel, Critterkin Cairns.  I am truly grateful to CRITTERKIN CAIRNS of Minnesota, for the family and years of joy they have provided me.  I also have connections and  work with other TOP Cairn Terrier breeders, for networking and placement of puppies and adult Cairns.  This relationship allows us to provide the best quality and variety of Cairns in the area.  So always feel free to get in touch me, to see what Cairn Terriers may be available thru my network.  Our puppies are from true champion bloodlines.  For example, our last pairing and litter born boasted 85 Champion dogs in their 5-generation pedigree.  This is something we a extremely proud of and you will be too, as a new owner of one of our puppies.  With this quality breeding and recognition behind our litters, our puppies are true to the breed standard in exceptional looks, intelligent behavior and confident attitude.  This strong breeding combined with good health helps create the most well rounded pet and companion for your home and family.  We have spent a substantial amount of time and resources to ensure the puppies are the best quality and most wonderful family companions available. We work with each puppy daily to encourage happy, friendly, well-adjusted puppies and to discourage bad habits.  We want to provide you with a healthy, well-socialized, purebred puppy with the emphasis being on both health and socialization.  Cairns are great with children and are extremely loyal to their owners.  They are truly  "Man's Best  Friend."  We have weaned the puppies off the mother and off each other as we have already crate trained them, so they are ready for their new homes with a smooth and seamless transition. We are providing future owners with puppies that are ready for immediate home companionship.   We have also worked with them on house training and have already  adjusted them to crate training.  Puppies have a 100% AKC registration, shots, wormed, and come with vet health certificate. Puppies are being sold as pet quality, even though they are of true breeding ability and show quality.   Buyers MUST sign an agreement with the commitment  to neuter or spay these puppies before limited registration is issued.  Full registration will be considered for show homes only. They have already been micro-chipped for permanent identification.   In addition, if for any reason the Original purchaser cannot keep an adopted Cairn, it MUST be returned to the breeder.
