Black,Spotted Irish,Landseer are the newfs we breed.

We bought our first two newfoundlands from Canada both females.black and landseer.

Shortly after we added our first landseer male.CHIC certified.
Soon we realized we needed a foundation Stud and we added Ch Bacchanal RazzMatazz (AKA Cody).Black,landseer recessive.CHIC certified
Cody produced many show dogs and continues to give us puppies and grand puppies.
Five �generations later I am very pleased to offer families sound,beautiful newfoundlands.
We breed one time per year.We do NOT  breed our females more than that.
Remembering, there is never a perfect dog.We do our best but puppy buyers need to do there part with moderate exercise and diet.Never allowing your newfie to get chubby and never using tie offs on the side of your home as a place to keep your puppy.Never using your hands as a form of correcting by causing your puppy to fear bite. My newfoundlands are all OFA CHIC certified and I do not breed or stud out my dogs to dogs that have not had there OFA clearances prelim or final 2 year OFA  clearances. I am involved in the show ring in confirmation.AKC and International.Primary International.As most of my newfs now are from Europe...


Puppies are sold on a limited registration for the most part and we consider show homes as well .Show contract available with co-ownership.OFA testing must be done on all coownership puppies at the age of 2.

Once our newest boys have been OFA heart,Cystinura, prelimmed OFA  hips,elbows we will offer Stud service on them as well.Fresh.We ship within the United States on semen...

We are also a member of the Saint Bernard Club in northern California.

2 of our Newfoundland dogs that our Ch Bacchanal Razz Ma Tazz sired or grand sired are currently living and working at Casa Pacifica home for battered and abused children as therapy dogs.

All of our puppies are sold at 10 weeks with 2 sets of vaccinations,2 health checks, cardiology cleared by UC Davis.(Hearts)Temperament tested at 6 weeks American Temperament Test.

Yes we sell our puppies with a Guarantee/Contract and we would advise buying a puppy from a reputable breeder that does the same.If any breeder says they dont have to sell with a guarantee because they take back puppies from there breedings if necessary check with NCNC to verify this statement.

We at any time take a puppy back if a owner that we sold it to wants to surrender him or her.(Check northern California NCNC prior to buying a dog so they can give the list of breeders that have had dogs in rescue and have not taken them back on a owner surrender)Thats a sure sign of NOT buying a puppy from that breeder...

We love to share our knowledge on the breed as well as the testing prior to breeding.All dogs should be CHIC certified prior to breeding and any breeder on the breeder list will tell you the same.We educate each person on the Orthopedice foundation of America site.We love this part.The breed now has ambassadors in each state  for the breed.Make sure when speaking to a ambassador for the breed you ask them What does the term OFA CHIC certified mean?If they cannot answer that please look it up.All breedable newfies should have that on parents of any puppy you purchase.

So be sure to check with a ambassador and remember there job is to educate on the newfoundland breed not to give there personal dislikes of one another or breeders in general.That is a BIG negative and should be reported back to the NCA ....

We like to talk to people and schedule a visit to see us and our newfies. We live on 20 acres and offer our dogs a wonderful place to grow old and live a great life..

We Groom newfoundlands as well.If you would like your newfie groomed and have purchased one from us let us know we offer a discount.If your newf did not come from us we can still groom your newf and the price depends on how much grooming is needed.I DO NOT SHAVE newfs except potty cuts and tummy cuts.

Obedience training is started at 8 weeks of age.All our newfs here have had obedience training and we practice every day.

We train every evening here confirmation practice.Except Sat and Sun.Show rings have been created here for a great time and Newfie,Saints,Goldens, and Bernese Mt. Dog people are always welcome to train with us.Bring your handler if you like or come and have fun one on one with us...

Water practice with my newfies is daily.

Cart training practice we will begin in the fall.Late September depending on hot weather.We have a cart and extra harnesses.

Other than breeders that we work with that do the testing prior to breeding and we can give a good recommendation for we can and only will comment on them.All are AKC accredited breeders.

We will have puppies summer,early fall this year 2024 Landseers,Blacks,Spotted irish.

We chose not to breed during 2019-2021 Due to Covid 19.
