Windmoor was started in the 1960's by Tom Hale. The name was based on words associated with duck hunting. Bettyann joined Windmoor in the early 1980's. Today we are AKC Breeders of Merit, members of the English Springer Spaniel Field Trial Association (parent club), members of both a local specialty club as well as a couple of local all-breed clubs. Our main focus is to produce show prospect dogs as well as quality companion dogs. We have approximately one litter per year and we have produced more than twenty conformation champions in the last 15 years.
