Idlewild Shelties is a small kennel located in Alachua County right off of I-75 and easily accessible to I-95. Our goal is to produce healthy, well socialized puppies that exemplify the AKC standard to the highest degree. We have one or two carefully planned litters a year and puppies are raised in the house. All pet puppies are sold with a spay/neuter and non-breeding contract. If you are interested in a puppy please EMAIL letting me know what you are specifically looking for (color, sex, age etc.) and why. A fenced yard is required.

All of our puppies come with a neuter/spay contract, pre-paid limited AKC registration, microchip with pre-paid lifetime enrollment in AKC Re-unite, FL state health certificate, training packet, money back for titles/certificates and a 4 year genetic health guarantee. I generally require a fenced yard but make exceptions on a case by case basis.

I currently have a litter born 12/19/25 with a sable merle male, blue merle girl and bi blue girl. There may be some availability but at this time I don't know what. There will be multiple planned litters coming up in 2026.
