We have been raising amazing puppies in our home for many years. For the last eight, we have been raising miniature dachshunds.  All of our puppies come from AKC bloodlines.  We no longer register them as most people just were not interested in papers. 

We keep our puppies until they are at least nine weeks old.  I like for them to have at least two vaccinations before leaving.  The longer they stay with us, the more they are ready for the separation, not to mention further along in potty training,  Our puppies will have had 2 five-way vaccinations and dewormed several times.

After 20+ years of raising the most amazing puppies, it is time for me to retire. Honestly I've probably said that three times in the last three years, but I need to make myself stick to that decision. Its been wonderful and cant imaginr not having that "Christmas morning" feeling with rhe arrival of new puppies but my circumstances have changed to the point that it has just become too much.
