Yorktown Yorkies is a small hobby breeder that has three breeding females (Lucy, Matilda, and Violet) and one male (Vinny). We only have a couple of litters a year, and all puppies leave my home with 1st set of shots, a microchip, wormings, NAPR registraion papers, and one month of free pet insurance. Our puppies and their parents have been DNA tested using Optimal Selection and are guaranteed free from genetic disease for the 1st year. Puppies are raised in our home with other dogs, cats and kids, and they get lots of socialization before going off to their new homes.

I am now accepting deposits to hold your spot on the waiting list for puppies expected to arrive in the coming year! The current wait for your puppy to be born, after placeing your deposit is around 6-12 months.
I am currently planning for my future litters of Yorkie puppies, and am making my waitlist. If you would like to be placed on our waiting list, a $200.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your place on the list is required, which goes towards the final purchase price of your puppy. Your deposit is our assurance that you are sincere about owning one of our Yorkies, and enables us to determine when any breeding should take place.
Before placing a deposit with us, please be certain that you are willing to wait for your special puppy. We do our best to fulfill the requests of our clients, but, genetics being what they are, we cannot predict which coat will result from any breeding, nor how many puppies of each sex will be born. Please be aware that at this time, there is a short wait for your puppy, and your wait time will depend on how many people are on the list ahead of you. We always do our best to give you an ESTIMATE of when you can expect your puppy to be born.
Clients are placed on the waiting list in the order of the date deposits are received, and puppies are offered in the same chronological order as received deposits. Puppies and parents all live inside and stay with mom untill they leave us at 8-12 weeks old.
Puppes start at $2000 and vary in price depending on color, sex and size. A deposit of $200 holds your puppy for you. Please contact me if you would like to be put on the waiting list.

All puppies come with registration papers, 1st set of shots, de-wormed, and a microchip. We use Optimal Selection DNA testing to test our dogs for disease, and all of our puppies are healthy and free of genetic diseases, and come with a 1 year health guarantee, as well as one month of free pet insurance. Both parents are on site for you to see, and puppies are very socialized, handled 24/7 and very spoiled. We work on crate training, potty training and basic puppy training to ensure they get the best start.
