The name of my Business is Yorkshire Acres because I have raised Yorkshire Terriers for 25 years, Now Shih-Tzus Also!! I rescued a 1 year old Registered Shih-Tzu female as a favor to a friend. Princess is her name. Her coat was solidly matted to her skin, both eyes infected from the hair in them. I had to take her to the vet to have her shaved and bathed because she tried to bite me a friend of mine when we tried cutting the hair away from her eyes. It really isn't any wonder she didn't know us then and was frightened I'm sure. We had intentions to rehome her since I am a rescue. But since she bit at us we could not. I ended up falling in love with her and keeping her as my constant campanion. Because she is such a great dog, I purchased a registered male Shih-Tzu, Chance, in April of 2019 because  I wanted to provide baby "Smoosh faces" as I call them. My Princess has a wonderful personality and My Mr. Chance is the happiest dog I have ever had in 23 years of breeding.He' s also the stud!! His services are avaiable. My kids have loving and kind personalities.So You can be sure when I say I KNOW the babies will have wonderful personalities, they certainly will. My first litter of Shih-Tzu's,"My three sons!!!" was born July 2019. I have established a great reputation as a Yorkie breeder over the years. I am small and will remain so. I want to be able to give my kids the love and attention they rightfully deserve. Due to the fact that I am so particular as to the future of my kids, I screen all my prospective parents to make sure my puppies go to great homes. This breed is compatible for a single person, married couple with or without children.They adapt very readily to their forever parents and home. Easy to train too as they are a very smart breed.
