Hello, 

I'm glad you are checking out the wonderful breed of Miniature Schnauzers.  They are truly a smart and loving breed of dog that is sturdy while still small enough to be a true lap dog.  I have bred schnauzers for over 30 years now and love them more every year.

All my dogs and pups live inside my house and are handled by children often.  I start to take them outside to help in potty training as soon as they start eating dog food. ( About 4 weeks of age). They will come home with their first shots, wormer, vet check & dew claws removed.

I DO NOT CROP EARS OR DOCK TAILS BECAUSE IT IS CRUEL AND UNCESSARY!  IF YOU INSIST ON DOING THIS TO A DOG DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ME BECAUSE I AM NOT THE BREEDER FOR YOU.

All my dogs are AKC bred.  I do give limited registration papers for an additional $150 upon proof of their spay/neuter being completed.  I also rarely give out unlimited registration to approved breeders for an additional $500 fee.

My puppies are $1,700 each for males or females because I put the same care into raising each one of them.  I will hold a puppy for approved homes for a non-refundable $500 deposite that can be made via PayPal when the puppies are 6 weeks old. (After their 6 week vet check).

I will make a spot for approved homes on a waiting list for upcoming litters. Waiting list spots are held for a $150 refundable deposite. ( Refundable if a puppy isn't born in that litter of your preferred sex and color).

I only approve homes after you fill out and submit a puppy application via my web site and after I have a follow up phone conservation with you.
